Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, brokers, and financial institutions. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure exceptional service delivery. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy and decision-making. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and enhance market presence. Plan webinars, seminars and promotions for target markets. Document business development activities. Requirements: Fluency in English & Arabic. Proven Experience in Business Development, sales or Account Management within Forex/CFD Industry (Must) Familiar with the mindset of the people in the region to build strong networks Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships. Strong understanding of Forex trading, market dynamics, and risk management principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
