Recruiting for an Engineering company in Dbayeh an executive assistant for the following duties:
-Devising and maintaining office system, including data management and filing;
-Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
-Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
-Dealing with incoming emails, post. . .
-Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
-Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
-organising and attending meetings;
-Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
-Responsible for accounts and budgets.
Applicants must be fluent in english;
Must have a high level/elegant experience in dealing with customers.
Working hours: monday to friday 8am - 5pm
Saturday: 8am - 2pm
Salary: TBD based on experience
