We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team! As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing our sales strategies and managing sales proposals to our existing and potential customers. . Responsibilities: 1. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory. 2. Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. 3. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers. 4. Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales. 5. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales. 6. Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials. 7. Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions. 8. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales. Requirements: 1. High school diploma. 2. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred. 2. Proven outside sales experience. 3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. 4. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. 5. Strong consultative sales skills. Excellent organizational skills. 6. Effective communication and negotiation skills. 7.
