The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital and traditional marketing strategies, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote our services and enhance our brand presence . Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and market penetration. Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging, branding, and visual identity across all marketing channels. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management, social media strategies, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising to drive traffic and generate leads. Content Creation: Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry trends. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that support business development efforts. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve ROI targets. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing projects. Photography: Take high-quality photographs of the company’s products, projects, and events for use in marketing materials, website content, and social media channels. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in construction, real estate industries and retail. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
