Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and market penetration.
Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging, branding, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management, social media strategies, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising to drive traffic and generate leads.
Content Creation: Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry trends.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that support business development efforts.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve ROI targets.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing projects.
Photography: Take high-quality photographs of the company’s products, projects, and events for use in marketing materials, website content, and social media channels.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in construction, real estate industries and retail.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in marketing software
Proficiency in AI applications: Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, such as chatbots, data analytics platforms, and content creation tools, to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
