Job Summary: The Burger Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature burgers, ensuring that every dish meets our high-quality standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing ingredients, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Burger Preparation: Cook and prepare burgers to order, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, and the final product meets our quality standards. Grill and Equipment Operation: Operate the grill and other cooking equipment effectively and safely to prepare food. Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure all food preparation areas and equipment are cleaned regularly and that safety protocols are followed. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely, accurate, and friendly service to customers while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and assist in ordering stock when necessary. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Menu Knowledge: Stay up to date with the menu and special promotions, and be able to answer any questions customers may have about the ingredients or preparation. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of burger preparation, grilling techniques, and food safety standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great food and service.
