Job Title: Kitchen Assistant preferable woman Location: Lebanon Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for food preparation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks as needed. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment. • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items. • Receive and store deliveries of food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation. • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. • Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, etc. ). • Dispose of waste properly and help maintain a safe and sanitary workspace. • Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or head chef. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus. • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. • Team player with strong communication skills. • Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
