**Salary:** $450 base salary + Bonuses for set appointments + Commissions for sold appointments
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the growth of our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Schedule appointments with potential clients through outbound calls.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.
- Achieve monthly targets for set appointments and closed deals.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven background in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Must have a reliable computer and a stable internet connection.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Compensation:**
- $450 base salary per month.
- Additional bonuses for each set appointment.
- Commissions for each appointment that results in a sale.
