The Opportunity Are you passionate about design and social media marketing? Our marketing department is looking for a dynamic graphic designer to join our team. Your Key Responsibilities • Design engaging digital content, including social media graphics, ads, promotional materials, website visuals, and email campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals that align with brand goals and messaging. • Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency in style and tone. • Create and deliver high-quality designs for presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials. • Work on web design projects and web-based assets to support online campaigns. • Provide design support for internal communications and company presentations. • Ensure consistency and quality of designs across various formats and platforms (web, mobile, print, etc. ). • Assist in the creation and development of visual guidelines and style guides to streamline design processes. • Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure alignment with the overall vision and brand strategy. Required Qualifications • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. ). • Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (social media, digital, print, etc. ). • Experience with video editing and motion graphics. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Knowledge with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
