Job Summary:
Cube our sister company is searching for a Cash Van Sales Representative is responsible for selling and distributing company products directly to customers using a sales van. The role involves managing stock, increasing sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring efficient cash collection.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive the sales van to assigned routes and deliver products to retailers and customers.
-Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
-Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
-Manage stock levels in the van, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and inventory control.
-Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
-Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
-Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
-Ensure proper display and merchandising of products at retail outlets.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
-Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and road safety rules.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a similar field.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
-Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
-Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of products.
