A very reputable F&B company is looking for an administrative assistant to join its team in Batroun.
An administrative assistant is a professional who plays an important role in assisting, organizing, managing, and keeping an office running. An administrative assistant is responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages.
Responsibilities:
• Helping maintain an efficient and effective workplace
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
• Training, explaining, and informing new team members about their roles and jobs.
• Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
• Researching and collecting information
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field, preferably business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
This is a Full-time job. The job requires travel outside Lebanon from time to time. Candidate should be willing to travel.
