Will be responsible for:
Managing financial transactions (Invoicing, Purchasing, Payments, Collection), preparing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, managing expenses per projects.
Inventory control, Preparation of sales orders, Stock Count when needed
Handling office administration tasks, filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
0-2 years of experience in accounting is a must.
. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Excellent sales, communication & closing skills
· Outstanding negotiation skills
