Description
A well-known office located in Abu Samra is hiring Technical Support Supervisor. The main tasks are listed below but not limited to:
• Configure and install various network devices and distribution off-site.
• Ensure regular network maintenance.
• Monitor the utilization of resources, and their capacity.
• Assure having a well-established configuration and build strong network infrastructure by suggesting changes to the management when needed.
• Select security tools, and implement procedures in conjunction with the company’s team.
• Ensure that networks have maximum uptime to assure fast and reliable connections.
• Design and install well-functioning networks, connections and cabling.
• Add/Update the system with customer`s zone, relevant VLAN and station after each visit
• Ensure Technical Support team have full required equipment before addressing customer`s location.
• Organize visit schedule for new customers and maintenance of existing customers
• Ensure the tasks are done within proper timing range
• Liaise with Technical Support to provide them with proper equipment to perform task at its best way
• Audit the issued receipt by each Technical Support Officer and ensure their money handover is equal their receipt book (In terms of serial number and money)
• Prepare daily report about tasks done and as recommended by direct manager
