Description

Basic Outlet Stores is currently hiring Shop Managers & Assistants The following Tasks could differ depending on the Position: - Leads the achievement of the store's sales targets and motivates employees by nurturing a performance-oriented culture. -Supervises store activities related to sales, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, and keeping operating records. -Provides coaching and mentorship to store employees in order to improve performance. -Trains store employees and assists them in operations where needed to ensure smooth workflows. -Ensures compliance of employees with established company and in-store policies and procedures. -Organizes team meetings to discuss challenges and share ideas for improving the store's sales. -Manages workloads and distributes tasks among store employees. -Prepares the store for promotions and events by organizing changes in the store's layout, displays, and advertising material. -Opens and closes the store on time. -Monitors the cleanliness of the store and takes prompt action in case facility maintenance is needed. -Plans and prepares work schedules and shifts for store employees. -Orders merchandise and receives new deliveries to the store. -Investigates discrepancies in inventory counts and escalates findings to HR, if needed. -Supervises store activities related to sales, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, and keeping operating records. -Reassigns staff to different sections of the store as needed. -Counts the cash at opening and closing and submits results to management.
