Key Responsibilities:
Communication Management: Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence to ensure effective communication within and outside the organization.
Documentation and Filing: Preparing, proofreading, and distributing documents such as memos, letters, reports, and presentations. Maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, determining the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate person or department
