-Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our carpet store team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to help customers find the perfect carpet solutions for their homes or businesses. -Key Responsibilities: 1-Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance on carpet types, styles, and prices. 2-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable carpet products and services. 3-Prepare and present quotes, explain installation processes, and follow up on leads. 4-Maintain showroom displays and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store. 5-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers. 6-Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals. 7-Stay up-to-date with the latest carpet trends, inventory, and promotions. 8-Process transactions accurately using the store’s sales system. 9-Coordinate with the installation team for scheduling and customer service follow-up. -Qualifications: 1-Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in flooring or home décor, is a plus. 2-Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. 4-Basic math and computer skills. 5-Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented. 6-Ability to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers. -What We Offer: 1-Training on carpet products and sales techniques. 2-Supportive and collaborative team environment. 3-Employee discounts on store products.
