• Greets customers on the sales floor.
• Customer service management. Provide customer service to all customers and assist them.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Following up with customers after their visit.
• Making sure the showroom is up to standards and completing the daily showroom checklist.
• Assist with seasonal inventories.
• Implements displays for windows and interior as directed by Visual Merchandising.
• Pricing the showroom. + Checking the missing items in the showroom and ordering new items.
• Suggest furniture size, period style, color, fabric, and wood that will complement the customer's home and other furnishings. & Discuss size and measurements for the customer and take sizes for specific items in front of the customer.
• Unrolls bolts of curtains and carpets to display an assortment of fabrics to customers.
• Close deals with customers and walk them out to the door.
• Communicates for delivery of items to customers.
• Check the condition of the items before delivering them to the customers.
• Abide by Company internal rules as well as team spirit.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Continuously improve through customer feedback.
• Meets pre-set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
