Description
Key Objectives of the Position
Supervise play areas to ensure children's safety and adherence to the "Rules of Play," including programs, activities, and events. Provide customer service support as needed.
Analyze and take corrective actions to maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction.
Handle difficult or unusual situations professionally.
Adhere to the assigned work schedule and maintain punctuality.
Main Duties
Inform customers about daily activities and upcoming events.
Monitor usage levels and assist children and adults as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within all play areas.
Conduct health and safety inspections and report any issues to the Duty Manager.
Assist in preparing and hosting parties and special events.
Report and follow up on any technical or stock-related concerns.
Identify and report potential safety hazards to the Store Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Talent in performing arts, such as singing, dancing, or playing musical instruments, with confidence in engaging with children.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with patience and understanding.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing work requirements.
