**Job Opportunity: Night Audit Receptionist** Shift: 11:00 pm till 07:00 am Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills? We are looking for a Night Audit Receptionist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. **Position:** Night Audit Receptionist **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously. - Manage reservations and process payments accurately. - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during the night shift. - Prepare and distribute daily reports to management. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. - Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant software. - Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations. - Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for career advancement within the hotel. - Friendly and supportive work environment.
