ob Requirements:
Sales coordinator will be working at Crumble confectionery in Mazraat Yachouh: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (lunch break included), and Saturday to 1:00 pm. Job responsibilities include:
- Accepting phone calls from clients and generating sales orders.
- Doing cold calls to potential clients.
- Liaising between outdoor clients, sales representatives, and delivery drivers.
- Validating sales orders generated by outdoor sales representatives.
- Generating manufacturing orders and communicating with the production manager about order details and lead time.
- Communicating with delivery drivers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicating with warehouse personnel to ensure correct stock amounts.
- Invoicing, creating credit notes and returns.
- Sending and receiving emails from clients on a daily basis. Job requirements:
- Experience in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle many phone calls per day and great attention to detail.
- Experience in ERP, CRM, or any sales software is favorable.
