Company Description:
An institution which governs and coordinates among entities of a designated network of financial institutions.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Executive Secretary role located in Mount Lebanon. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including providing executive administrative assistance, taking minutes, managing day-to-day calendar, handling company secretarial work, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• Clerical Skills: Proficient in using office software including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and customers
• Arabic and English Writing and Verbal Skills: Professional in the Arabic and English official writings, minutes preparations and verbal communications.
• Company Secretarial Work: Knowledge of company secretarial work, filing systems, and record keeping
• Executive Administrative Assistance: Experience providing executive administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
• Customer Service: Experience providing excellent customer service
• Attention to detail: Ability to work with high level of accuracy with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as an executive secretary or similar role
Salary: $ 600 per month
Working Hours: 09:00 AM till 03:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
