Central heating system ( chauffage), must pay fuel cost for heating. Also you must pay the generator electricity bill according to the price by the generator owner YOU can pay part in US dollars and part in LBP at the daily rate; For New Year reservation a deposit of 100$ is required and half of the full amount is paid One week prior to arrival by OMTand in case of cancellation 15 days before the date reserved you will get 100$ back : If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the date you get 50$ back and if you cancel less then 7 days before the date reserved NO amount will be refunded.
