* Renting period is for a minimum of one year to be renewed automatically if both parties are in agreement

( you can transform the room into a 2nd bedroom, if needed)
* Master bedroom with toilet ( Queen-sized bed with wall mounted nightstands, surrounding walls are covered with built-in large wardrobes and shelves, vanity corner with chair & mirror).
* A spacious attic.
* Guests toilet with sliding door.
* Corridor with shelves for books/ internet router (internet is not included but you can use existing router to set it up again), wall mounted table with mirror and foldable built-in wooden chair to sit & put your shoes on a lot easier
* Long balcony connecting multiple rooms (windows double vitrage) with a large shoes closet
* Work office with desk & rocking chair
* Electric dashboard installed in kitchen to show when the electricity source is coming from the power generator or EDL
* Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, water-cooler, cabinets, white Quartz countertop, microwave, sandwich grill, electric oven, gas oven & hob, raclette, food warming drawer. A white little bar with 2 custom-made high wooden stools.
* Laundry room with windows, washing machine, dryer machine, indoor & outdoor clothes-drying rack
* 2 apartment doors ( grey steel on the outside and wooden on the inside)
* The building has a black gate, interphone, and entrance with mirror
* 4 Mitsubishi air-conditioners (1 in the Salon, 1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the dining room)
*Currently the apartment has no electricity, but it will be reactivated upon agreement
*The building has no concierge
*Common expenses for building services are not to be paid by the tenants
*Electricity and water bills are to be paid by the tenants.
*The building doesn't have its own power generator, subscription would be from an external provider
*The apartment has 10 water barrels on the roof and 10 water barrels in the parking (the parking is not available for other uses)
* The building committee are getting solar panels so the elevator will be active 24h/24h
