We are an import business dealing in a variety of mixed items from China, and we're looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and social media-savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
Take clear, attractive photos and short videos of our products.
Post regularly on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
Create engaging content (photos, reels, captions, etc. ).
Respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Boost posts and manage small ad budgets to increase reach and sales.
Keep track of engagement, follower growth, and report performance weekly.
Requirements:
Experience managing social media for a business.
Basic photography and video editing skills.
Familiar with trends on Instagram and TikTok.
Knows how to run paid promotions (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Trustworthy, consistent, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc. )
Fluent in English and your local language (for captions and customer replies)
