Description
We seek a friendly and enthusiastic Saleswoman to join Paladin Chocolate & Gift Shop. The ideal candidate will have a love for chocolate, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. Arrangements and gift-wrapping skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and provide tastings.
Maintain an inviting and organized store environment.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of our chocolate assortment.
Help manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. or a coffee shop .
Passion for chocolate and a desire to share that passion with others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Monday -Saturday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
One Sunday per month as needed
