Job Description:
We are looking for a female cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle Whish Money Transfer transactions, manage customer payments for our services and insurance clients, and assist with phone inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Process Whish Money Transfer transactions accurately.
Handle cash and card payments for customers using our services and insurance clients.
Maintain an organized and secure cash register.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with general inquiries.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide necessary information.
Keep records of daily transactions and generate reports as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Age between 20 to 35 years old.
Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Basic computer skills for transaction processing and reporting.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
