Description
Depending on the department they are assigned to, the tasks could include any of the following:
- Assisting the operations department, by collecting and entering data into our databases.
- Assisting various departments in processing purchase orders on system by entering and requesting orders and replenishments as well as coordinating with logistics department on delivery and distribution
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and maintain inventory of all consumables.
- Overseeing the office cleaners, and tracking their cleaning and task schedules.
- Location: Beirut, Verdun, Concord Building
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Working Hours: 9 hours
