We are looking for Customer Technical Care with a knowledge in IT and Networking. The duty will include the following but not limited to:
• Welcome visitors at the front desk by greeting, and providing the needed support to well serve them.
• Answer and screen phone calls along with other communication tools
• Provide customers with the detailed requested information.
• Solve the basic problems faced by customers about their internet connection.
• Notify customers about their subscription payment on monthly basis.
• Update customer details.
• Negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments to be done as soon as possible.
• Address any issue with customers about their internet connectivity problems and finding suitable solution.
• Follow up with customers of non-resolved problems till being resolved.
