Description
This is a blown film extrusion line designed for producing plastic films using coextrusion (both inner and outer layers). The machine includes granule feeding via 2 Motan suction conveyors, an electric shear calibration basket, 2 corona treatment units, a rotational frame for extrusion, and a single film winder. Optionally, it can be equipped with a double winder (Reifenhäuser SFA 1200-02-A1, T21).
• Year of Manufacture: 1982 (with multiple technical upgrades over the years).
• Configuration: 2 extruders
• Extruder Drive: 22 kW each (600 to 2200 rpm).
• Screw Diameter (D): 40 mm.
• Kiefel Cooling Blower: Diameter = 200 mm.
• Working Width: 1100 / 1300 mm.
• Capacity: 80-100 kg/hr.
• Film Thickness: 25 - 50 Microns
