If you’ve spent the last 7+ years brewing excellence at the same coffee shop and are bursting with fresh drink ideas, this one’s for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Running the Barista Bar – Oversee daily café operations, ensuring every cup served hits that perfect balance of speed, quality, and flavor. Leading the Team – Train and mentor baristas to consistently deliver great coffee, warm service, and good vibes. Curating the Menu – Bring your creativity to the table—introduce new drinks, seasonal specials, and signature blends. Upholding Standards – Maintain top-notch cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction every single day. Driving Performance – Keep an eye on sales, inventory, and operational flow to keep things running like a well-pulled espresso shot. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: • At least 7 years of proven experience, with a track record of steady growth and leadership. • Deep knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and espresso-based drinks. • A creative spark—you love experimenting with flavors, ingredients, and drink trends. • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a passionate barista crew. • Attention to detail, from latte art to customer interactions. • A genuine passion for coffee culture and creating memorable café experiences.
