The Role
We’re hiring a Bar Chef / Food Lead to run our food program from the front. You’ll handle light prep, execute a small plates menu, and work alongside bartenders to bring the food and drink experience together. If you’re passionate about flavor, love plating small dishes with personality, and are cool with being in the spotlight.
What You’ll Do
• Execute a rotating menu of small bites and dips directly behind the bar
• Handle prep (basic knife work, cold dips, assembly) before service
• Run air fryers, ovens, and cold stations during service
• Plate dishes with style and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, health-compliant setup
• Collaborate on menu tweaks and new ideas
• Engage with guests—this role is part performance!
