We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to manage key administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements:
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Liaise with departments, retail branches, and external stakeholders.
• Follow-up on operational issues for retail stores and the factory.
• Monitor expenses, generate reports, and track progress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in administrative roles supporting senior executives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
