Job Vacancy: Civil Engineer (Site-Based) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and work on-site. The candidate should have a strong background in construction site management and be proficient in AutoCAD. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with consultants and project different execution teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and submit site inspection requests and coordinate inspections with consultants. Maintain daily site reports, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and issues. Draft and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify project details. Prepare and process interim payments and ensure compliance with project contracts. Coordinate and attend on-site meetings with consultants to discuss progress and resolve technical matters. Manage material supply requests, ensuring timely procurement of construction materials. Request and oversee mixed concrete deliveries, ensuring proper usage and compliance with specifications. Ensure the project progresses according to the approved time schedule and address any delays proactively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience in site-based civil engineering roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD and site documentation procedures. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project scheduling. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong English communication skills. Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
